These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the TGB Bikers Club website.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
 

1. ABOUT US

TGB Bikers Club is a trading name operating in the United Kingdom.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings, and there may be minor differences between product photographs and the actual product.

All products are standard products and are not personalised or individually customised unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

Product availability is subject to change.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or make reasonable changes to products where necessary, provided that any changes do not affect an order that we have already accepted without your agreement.
 

3. PRODUCT SIZING

Size guides are provided on relevant product pages.

Customers are responsible for checking the size guide before ordering and selecting the size they believe is appropriate.

If you order the wrong size, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns and Cancellation Policy below. We do not provide a separate exchange service for incorrect size selections.

You may return the original item and place a new order for another size, subject to availability.

Our size guidance does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of consumer law.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and TGB Bikers Club is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or product description error;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;

• we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control; or

• an order appears to have been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time of ordering.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error appears on the website, we reserve the right to correct the error. If you have already placed an order affected by an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding and, where appropriate, provide you with the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.

6. PAYMENT

TGB Bikers Club accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary from time to time.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

Where a product is available for pre-order, the product page will clearly state that it is a pre-order and will provide the relevant closing date and estimated dispatch information.

For the current TGB Bikers Club launch:

Pre-order closing date: 5 October 2026

Estimated dispatch: Dispatch will begin approximately 3 weeks after the pre-order closes.

This means dispatch is expected to begin from approximately 26 October 2026.

The stated dispatch date is an estimate. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide you with appropriate information and, where applicable, your statutory cancellation rights will apply.

If you purchase a pre-order item together with an in-stock item in the same order, the items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready for dispatch.

If you require an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

8. DISPATCH

For products that are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of receiving payment and accepting the order.

During particularly busy periods, launches, sales or promotional events, dispatch may take longer.

If there is an unexpected delay that materially affects your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

9. DELIVERY

TGB Bikers Club currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery options and their prices will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Our estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, industrial action or other disruption.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available for the delivery service used.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive it, subject to applicable law.

10. FREE DELIVERY

Where advertised, TGB Bikers Club offers free standard delivery on qualifying UK orders of £60 or more.

The qualifying order value and any exclusions will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Free delivery promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous orders unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER

When you purchase products online as a consumer, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must tell us that you wish to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel or return your order.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item where you are cancelling because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size, unless we have agreed otherwise.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

12. RETURNS

Returned items should be:

• unworn, except for reasonable inspection or trying on;

• in a suitable condition for resale;

• returned with original packaging where reasonably possible; and

• returned with any original tags or labels that remain attached.

Customers are permitted to handle and inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way they would be able to do in a shop.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address when your request is received.

Please do not send returns to an address without first contacting us.

13. WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND

If you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind about a product, you may return the item in accordance with the cancellation and returns process above.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Once the return has been received and processed, we will issue the applicable refund.

If you require a different size, you may place a new order for the required size, subject to availability.

14. REFUNDS

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the applicable amount in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where required, this includes the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid for.

If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.

We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving and checking a returned item, but in all cases we will comply with the applicable statutory refund deadlines.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

We will not charge a refund administration fee where you are exercising your statutory cancellation rights.

15. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include:

• your order number;

• a description of the problem; and

• photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and explain the appropriate next steps.

Where TGB Bikers Club is responsible for the problem, we will not require you to bear the reasonable cost of returning the item.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

16. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits rights that you have under UK consumer law.

Products supplied by TGB Bikers Club must meet the legal requirements applicable to consumer goods, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law.

Where a product does not meet these requirements, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

17. REVIEWS

Where the website allows customers to submit reviews, reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience of the product or service.

You must not submit reviews that:

• are deliberately misleading or fraudulent;

• contain unlawful or offensive material;

• impersonate another person;

• contain another person's private information without permission;

• promote unlawful activity; or

• are submitted solely for the purpose of manipulating ratings or reviews.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish reviews that breach these rules or applicable law.

We will not remove a genuine review simply because it is negative.

18. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, TGB Bikers Club may offer discount codes, promotional prices, giveaways or other promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes must be entered at checkout;

• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders;

• only one promotional code may be used per order;

• promotional offers may be subject to specific terms displayed alongside the promotion.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where there is a genuine reason to do so.

Any order already accepted under a valid promotion will not be retrospectively changed simply because the promotion has subsequently ended.

19. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS

Customers may be able to create an account or complete purchases as a guest.

Where you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate.

You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may restrict or suspend access to an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

20. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE

You must not use the TGB Bikers Club website:

• for unlawful purposes;

• to commit fraud;

• to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

• to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

• to introduce malicious software;

• to copy or exploit website content without permission; or

• in a way that could damage TGB Bikers Club, its customers or its website.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property associated with TGB Bikers Club remains the property of TGB Bikers Club or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.

This includes, without limitation:

• the TGB Bikers Club name;

• TGB logos and branding;

• artwork;

• designs;

• product graphics;

• photographs;

• website graphics;

• written content;

• slogans;

• promotional material; and

• other original content created for TGB Bikers Club.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit TGB Bikers Club branding, artwork, designs, photographs or other protected content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of the intellectual property contained in or associated with that product.

22. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

Where the website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights.

You grant TGB Bikers Club permission to use submitted content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the website and TGB Bikers Club, subject to applicable law and any specific permissions requested at the time of submission.

We will not knowingly use customer-submitted content in a misleading way.

23. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the TGB Bikers Club website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to consumer goods.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights as a consumer.

25. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order.

These may include, for example:

• severe weather;

• fire;

• flood;

• natural disasters;

• significant transport disruption;

• industrial action;

• supplier disruption;

• widespread technical failures; or

• other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and minimise any disruption.

This section does not remove any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version that applies to your order will be the version in force when you place your order, unless we are required by law to make a change that applies retrospectively.

The latest version will be published on the TGB Bikers Club website.

27. COMPLAINTS

If you have a problem with an order or our service, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.

We will consider complaints fairly and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this complaints process prevents you from exercising your legal rights.

28. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any contract between you and TGB Bikers Club are governed by the law of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you additional rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, where applicable.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or modified only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
